The year is 1830, but the threat is from tomorrow. When the brilliant but mad Dr. Albert Von Ozone escapes his future imprisonment, he flees back in time to the desolate Lowell Wastelands with a single goal: the total destruction of the world.

Hot on his heels are Captain Lincoln Rocket, pilot of the lighter-than-air airship The Willy, and Victoria Airships, the Global Peace Federation’s top time-travel expert. Told through a soaring, cinematic score and high-energy performances, their journey is a high-stakes chase where the fate of humanity rests on steam, gears, and grit.

Victoria Airships
Temporal Expert and Navigator

Persona: The brains of the operation. She is intelligent, resolved, and has a "commanding" presence.
Key Identity: An official from the Global Peace Federation who knows the mechanics of time and other inventions. She sees the "ripples" in time that others miss.
Visual Trade: Intricate multi-lensed "time-sight" goggles and armored Digital Helmet System—elegance meets tactical necessity.

Dr. Albert Von Ozone
The Antagonist (The Madman from the Future)

Persona: Obsessive, brilliant, and terrifying. He is a scientist with a world-altering vendetta.
Key Identity: An unregistered time-traveler attempting to collapse the timeline from 1830.

C.A.T.
The Ship’s Artificial Intelligence (Computerized Analytical Terminal)

Persona: Sophisticated, calm, and logical. She is the "invisible" member of the crew.
